Serving Size:

Use approximately 2 grams of tea per 8 ounces of water, or about 1–2 teaspoons, depending on your preferred strength.

How to Prepare:

Use the included heart-shaped tea strainer or another loose leaf tea infuser.

For herbal tisanes, use boiling water around 208°F to 212°F and steep for 4–6 minutes.

For black tea blends, use boiling water around 208°F to 212°F and steep for 3–4 minutes.

For blends containing green tea or delicate herbs, use lower-temperature water when appropriate to help preserve a smoother flavor.

For a stronger cup, use more tea rather than steeping much longer.

Storage:

Keep teas in an airtight container away from light and heat. For best freshness, enjoy within the first 6 months.
